Who Are They?

UMD is a Durham-based non-profit that supports the unhoused, hungry, or in need community in the Triangle. They are the primary public homeless shelter in Durham that welcomes everyone – regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. UMD’s main mission is to provide relief and end homelessness as quickly as possible. Last year, they helped 118 people end their homelessness. Tickets/Sponsors

The luncheon is open to everyone and will run from 11:30 AM to approximately 1:30 PM. Tickets are available on the event website here. If you are unable to go, you can still support their mission with a tax deductible donation, also available on their event website, or by sharing the event with your community on social media.

Parking

Parking for the luncheon is available at the Durham Centre Garage, located on W Morgan St. The garage is $2.25/hr. Limited street parking is available on W Morgan St and Foster St. Find directions to the venue and garage on our website.
