Step into a world of sparkle and imagination at Princess Day! Join us at the Durham Convention Center on January 10, 2026 for a magical day of princess meet-and-greets, games, crafts, and lots of royal fun. Costumes are encouraged for all aspiring princesses and princes.

Tickets

Tickets are offered for three time slots to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the royal fun. Entry times begin at 10 AM, 12 PM, or 2:30 PM. Each session includes plenty of time to meet the princesses and take photos, receive dance lessons, play games, and more! There will be no onsite ticket sales. All tickets must be purchased online through Eventbrite. Children under 12 months are FREE when accompanied by a paid adult/child pair. All tickets are non-refundable.

What to Expect

The event begins with a grand entrance as the fairytale friends are introduced to the crowd. After warm welcomes, group-friendly games will ensue to help our aspiring princesses and princes get comfortable and ready for fun! Throughout each session, the mini princesses and princes will have the chance to interact with each princess – taking photos and creating magical moments.

Tips for Success

• Little ones are encouraged to wear their favorite princess dress or costume and adults should dress in their Sunday bests!
• Please bring a camera so you can capture all the magical moments.
• We recommend eating before arrival. No food or drink will be served onsite.
• Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before session start to ensure time to park.

Parking

Limited street parking is available in front of the Durham Convention Center on W Morgan St and the Armory on Foster St. Across the street from the venue is the Durham Centre Garage, which offers over 700 parking spaces. Parking is typically free on weekends unless the garage is operating for a special event. You can verify parking prices and the special event calendar here.
