Parking rates are $2.25/hr from 8 AM – 7 PM Monday – Friday. The maximum daily charge is $24.75. Parking in the garage is free on the weekends unless there is a special event. View current rates and the event calendar on Park Durham’s website.
No. The Durham Convention Center does not have valet.

The loading dock is located at 152 E Chapel Hill Street, Durham, NC 27701. The dock is across the street from Ninth Street Bakery. It is ground level and designed for loading, unloading, deliveries, and emergencies. Get directions here.
There is no long-term personal vehicle parking in the loading dock.
The doors are approximately 13’ tall.
Yes. You may distribute food and non-alcoholic beverages of up to 2 oz at your booth. To do so, please fill out a sample form and submit it to your show/event manager.
A limited number of small flatbed carts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to bring your own cart or check with your show decorator regarding this service.

Yes. Packages will be accepted no sooner than three days in advance of the event. To do so, a drayage form must be filled out and submitted to your show/event manager prior to package shipment.

The Durham Convention Center and Durham Marriott City Center are physically connected but are managed separately. The venue does not offer discounts based on booked hotel rooms.
